Transformed by Truth Life Coaching is founded on Romans 12:2, which states, “Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.”
During your Life Coaching sessions, we will identify the behaviors and patterns in your life that keep you feeling stuck. By utilizing the Word of God — His TRUTH — we will work together to transform your thinking, empowering you to live the life God has planned for you. Through one-on-one coaching, I will walk alongside you to help you uncover lies, overcome strongholds, and support you with prayer and accountability so that you can accomplish your goals and dreams. I also offer small-group coaching, workshops, and speaking engagements, all focused on empowering women to embrace their true, God-given identity and fulfill their calling.
Meet Your Coach!
Hello and welcome! I’m April Riley, a certified Christian Life Coach and the founder of Transformed by Truth Life Coaching. I am a wife to an incredible spiritual leader, Mitch, a proud mom of an amazing adult daughter and my dear son-in-law, and a blessed LaLa to three awesome grandboys! I also have the honor of serving my local church as the Women’s Pastor, but my most important title is Daughter of the Most High King!
For twenty-three years, I served in K-12 public schools. While I wore many hats, including teacher, librarian, assistant principal, and instructional coach, my heart was always the same: to lead with love and call out the best in others. In 2024, God called me to step away from public education and began refining me to flourish in my true calling as a Life Coach. This transition left me a little shaky, but the LORD is faithful to finish what He started. He has so sweetly shown me how those years as an educator were not wasted; they were my training ground for the work He has called me to do today!
Why Am I a Life Coach?
Regardless of the setting I am in, I have noticed a pattern in the thoughts of the women around me. All too often, women have listened to the voice of the Accuser and allowed shame and condemnation to paralyze them from living out their God-given purpose. My passion is to guide women in identifying those paralyzing thought patterns and helping them to renew their minds with God’s Truth and to embrace the life God is calling them to live. I want all women to experience the freedom and transformation found only in Jesus Christ!

Fun Facts:
I could eat Mexican food with fresh jalapenos at every meal. Just don’t forget my cold Dr. Pepper over crushed ice in my Yeti cup!
We are the proud owners of 2 dogs (Ruth and Nova), two calves (Joy and Frost), three goats (who we’ve yet to name!), one lucky duck named Penny, and a silly goose named Lucy!
My favorite date night with the hubby is going for a sunset drive around our 10-acre property on our UTV.
My favorite person in the Bible, other than Jesus, is David. Ask me about it!
The first scripture I ever memorized was Psalms 118:24 because it was painted on the wall at a friend’s house when I was a kid. Never underestimate the power of having the Word of God visible in your house!
